For some reason, the number of resources pushed to the browser doesn't matter but for so long as I kept HTTP/2 enabled it was creating the above mentioned errors (those mentioned in the question). You are only allowed to perform a certain fixed number of actions on your appointment page. In my experience, the allowed number of actions in a given day is about 12.
