Honestly play it in the order it was released. You can switch Honest Hearts with Dead Money, as Honest Hearts doesn't have tooo much in the relation to the overall plot of the DLC but Dead Money should be played early on, it was designed to be a hard DLC, you get the most fun/frustration playing it earlier on. 10 votes, 22 comments. true.
